Finishing Months for the PGA Championship

The new dates for the 102nd PGA Championship at TPC Harding Park were announced earlier this week, provided there is approval from public health authorities.
The PGA Championship has been held in every month but January since 1916, including 55 times in the month of August.
Below is a complete month-by-month breakdown of when the PGA Championship has been played, including a few notes on the historic event.
