Drive, Chip and Putt Tours New York City

Jordan Spieth, reigning Masters and U.S. Open Champion, and Lexi Thompson, the top-ranked American on the LPGA Tour, took a tour through New York City together on Monday, March 14, to promote the upcoming Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals and registration for this summer’s local qualifying.

Spieth and Thompson made several stops together throughout the day, including appearances on CBS This Morning, ESPN’s SportsCenter and Golf Channel. The Drive, Chip and Putt Championship was also featured on the TODAY Show, “Mornings with Maria” on Fox Business, Live! with Kelly and Michael, Sprout’s “Sunny Side Up” and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

And in grand fashion, Thompson hosted a special ceremony to light the Empire State Building in the Drive, Chip and Putt Championship colors.
