CHAMPIONS CROWNED AT 2016 DRIVE, CHIP AND PUTT NATIONAL FINALS
Eight junior golfers – four boys and four girls – were crowned champions at the third annual Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals held Sunday at Augusta National Golf Club and broadcast live on Golf Channel.
AGE GROUP CHAMPIONS
- Emerson Blair of West Point, Mississippi (Girls 7-9).
- Stephen Robert Hernandez, Houston (Boys 7-9).
- Alexa Pano, Lake Worth, Florida (Girls 10-11).
- Christian Kim, Vernon Hills, Illinois (Boys 10-11).
- Kayla Sam, Anaheim Hills, California (Girls 12-13).
- Ty Griggs, Manteca, California (Boys 12-13).
- Alyssa Montgomery, Knoxville, Tennessee (Girls 14-15).
- Michael Thorbjornsen, Wellesley, Massachusetts (Boys 14-15).

Eighty junior golfers representing 30 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces will compete in the third annual Drive, Chip and Putt Championship National Finals. Who are these amazing young golfers? Get to know them right here!
Jordan Spieth, the reigning Masters and U.S. Open Champion, and Lexi Thompson, the top-ranked American on the LPGA Tour, took a tour through New York City together on March 14 to promote the upcoming Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals and registration for this summer's local qualifying.

The United States Golf Association, Masters Tournament and the PGA of America officially launched the 2017 Drive, Chip and Putt Championship by announcing the local qualifying schedule for the upcoming year. The schedule includes dates and locations for participants to play in local qualifiers nationwide.
