Rashad L. Wilson, Certified PGA, GCSAA Class A
Certified SuperProRashad Wilson is a distinguished golf industry professional, holding dual certifications as a Class A PGA Certified Golf Professional in General Management, Teaching and Coaching, Golf Operations, and as a Class A member of the Golf Course Superintendents’ Association of America (GCSAA). He currently serves as the CEO and Executive Director of SuperPro Golf Services, where he leverages his extensive expertise to enhance the value of every golf course he is associated with.
With a deep passion for the game of golf and a commitment to excellence, Rashad has built a career marked by significant achievements in golf course management, member and guest relations, tournament execution, budget management, revenue generation, agronomy, and golf instruction. His comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him a highly respected figure in the golf industry.
Rashad’s professional accomplishments are highlighted by numerous recognitions and leadership roles. He was a panelist at the 2024 PGA Annual Meeting Education Summit, where he spoke on "BMP's for Employee Retention." He also earned the PGA Jr. League #GameChangerAward2023 for having the top program in the Georgia Section and the #4 National Program. Additionally, Rashad was honored with the Georgia PGA Section PGA Professional Development Award in 2023.
As a dedicated educator and mentor, Rashad serves as the Lead Instructor for PGA HOPE at Sugar Creek Golf Course, demonstrating his commitment to using golf as a tool for positive community impact. His expertise has been recognized in various PGA publications, including features in the February 2022 ("A SuperPro Success") and July 2022 ("Balancing Act") issues of PGA Magazine. His insights have also been shared in earlier issues, including January 2012 ("On the Fast Track") and November 2013 ("Turf Grass Management Applied to the Everyday Job of the PGA PGM Apprentice").
Rashad’s leadership extends beyond his role at SuperPro Golf Services. He was a member of the PGA Lead Class of 2020, Cohort 5, and has served as a panelist at the 2019 PGA Annual Meeting, where he discussed "Doing More with Less." Additionally, he held the position of Georgia PGA Section At-Large Director for two terms (2016-2017)|(2021-2024).
