Steven is the Director of Instruction at Lookaway Golf Club, where he teaches golfers of all levels every day. Recently honored by Golf Digest as one of the Best Young Teachers in America and recognized as a leading instructor in Pennsylvania for 2024/2025, he also received the PGA Youth Golf Development Award in 2023.

A native of Scotland, the Home of Golf, Steven began playing at an early age before transitioning to professional coaching. He launched his career at the International Junior Golf Academy in Florida, where he trained elite junior golfers and helped them secure spots at top colleges in the United States. Before his current position, he served as the Director of Instruction at Saucon Valley Country Club, where he established the Saucon Valley Golf Academy and developed several player development programs for aspiring junior golfers.
