Raquel Bryant has been instructing at Thousand Oaks Golf Club since 2009, when she became a PGA Professional. Raquel played collegiate golf at Ferris State University on a nationally competitive team. Raquel instructs Ladies' Edge, coaches a PGA Junior League team, and oversees the Thousand Oaks Junior Golf Program- Summer Edge. Summer Edge was the 2019 Michigan PGA Junior Golf Program of the Year! Raquel was also awarded the Michigan PGA Youth Player Development Award in 2015 and 2023.

Raquel teaches players of all levels how to improve their golf games. She enjoys walking a beginner through the basics of the golf swing or teaching a seasoned player how to fine-tune their swing. She especially appreciates the opportunity to teach a player all aspects of the game, including full swing, pitching, chipping, bunker, putting, rules, etiquette, and finally, on-course play. Whether your goal is to fine-tune your swing or learn the whole game, Raquel would love to help you advance to the next level!

Outside of golf Raquel loves being a wife and mother to her young family. Her hobbies include golfing, hiking, traveling, and playing pickleball. Raquel is a member at North Park Baptist Church where she is often found teaching the two and three year old’s. Raquel is originally from Grand Haven and loves to visit Lake Michigan when she can!
