Meet Nicholas Krohn – Golf Instructor/Director of Player Enjoyment

Nicholas Krohn is one of Central Oregon’s most promising golf instructors, dedicated to helping golfers of all skill levels elevate their game. An Associate Professional with the PGA of America, Nicholas focuses his ongoing studies on teaching and coaching, combining expertise with a passion for player development. Offering individual lessons and special clinics, as well as camps for Junior Golfers, Nicholas brings together learning and having fun with the game.

Nicholas brings both competitive experience and proven success to his instruction, having been around the game of golf - both as a player and an instructor - for over 20 years. As a former Division II college golfer and a four-time club champion, he understands what it takes to perform at a high level.

Holding several prestigious certifications, Nicholas is committed to the art and science of customizing golf instruction for each player:

• PGA Modern Coach  - Through training from the PGA of America PGA Modern Coaches are trained to make golf enjoyable, educational and collaborative in a group setting.
• Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certified  - TPI is the world’s leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing.
• Certified PING Golf Club Fitter  - Known as the most precise fitters in the highly competitive golf club manufacturer industry, PING certified fitters offer educational, fun and personalized sessions to help golfers “Play their Best.”
• American Development Model (ADM) certified for Golf  - ADM is a certification program that directs instructors around the age and stage appropriate development of their players. ADM is a proven, long-term athlete development model that has been successfully applied to USA hockey, USOC, USA Basketball and USA Lacrosse.
