Lawrence H. Mullis III, PGA
Director of GolfI took up golf when I was in 7th grade. I wanted to play golf with my Dad and with his help I started my journey to become a PGA Golf Professional. With the help of PGA Professionals throughout my life I started playing, my first year with my lowest score being a 41 for 9 holes, then proceeded to play Junior Golf and then High School Golf. I went on to Junior College and ending up winning the 1980 Junior College Region IX Championship at Scottsbluffs, Neb. After that I decided to turn Pro and obtain my Class A PGA Card. Now I have 25 years of PGA Professional service and I am enjoying myself by teaching and coaching all levels of students. I am currently the Director of Golf at Silver Spruce GC, I run the Pikes Peak Junior Golf League that has been going on for 46 years. I have been coaching a local High School for 5 years now, and have lead several students to State Tournaments. I want to give back to Juniors as much as I can to help them play golf for the rest of their life.
