James Lichtenberger, PGA Golf Professional at Engineers Country Club. James is highly regarded by his students and colleagues for his ability to help golfers of all levels and abilities. He has worked with many juniors and adults of all ages. James’ approach and philosophy has been proven to help train all golfers to see results.

James grew up in Bethpage, this is when the love affair with the game started. He played and worked at Bethpage State Park. After spending his childhood in Bethpage and leading the Varsity team at Bethpage High School, he then went on to SUNY Delhi to Major in Professional Golf Management. James played college golf for 2 full seasons while attending SUNY Delhi, he interned all 4 years of his undergrad at Oyster Bay Teaching Academy along with working for Mizuno Golf as an expert fitter. After graduating College he then started at Colonial Springs Golf Club in East Farmingdale, NY. After spending the summers on Long Island he would work at The Polo Club of Boca Raton in the winters. He now maintains the 1st Assistant Golf Professional position at Engineers Country Club.

James continues to inspire his students to improve their game, he will become a trusted instructor and friend during the process.
