Tyler A. Armstrong
associate

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, I was fortunate enough to join the staff at Timarron Country Club shortly after moving to the DFW area. I started playing golf at the age of 6 and never looked back. I played throughout high school in many top junior events and had success at this level but did not pursue the dream directly after high school. I attended college but and to pursure a career in golf and no better way than to enroll in the PGA PGM Associate Program.
I am currently a Level 1 Associate with plans to complete the first level this fall. Starting the PGA Program made me look into the growing the game and furthering my knowledge. I was a well accomplished player, but growing youth and achieving goals for my students gave me the passion to teach. Whether you're a beginner looking to grasp the fundamentals or a seasoned professional aiming to fine-tune your skills, my in-person or virtual golf coaching offers tailored lessons for every golfer. My goal for every player is to not only improve their swing, but to give them the tools to be their own coach. Having the correct information to improve your game and course management, will not only improve your score, but allow you to enjoy the game of golf at a whole new level!
