Certified in the Athletic Development Model (ADM), Justin advocates for personalized coaching, allowing students to ‘swing their swing’ while focusing on solid mechanics to enhance the enjoyment of the game.

Justin leverages and embraces the aid of technology, including professional grade launch monitors, slow motion video analysis, and CoachNow for effective communication. His instructional focus centers around mastering short game finesse, understanding full-swing dynamics, and navigating course management through insights supported by launch monitor data.
