Hi, I'm Jon Mohan, a PGA Associate and Assistant Golf Professional based at The Captains Golf Course in Brewster, MA, located on Cape Cod. Before embarking on my golf career, I had the privilege of working at a prestigious high-end hotel in Los Angeles. This experience allowed me to acquire invaluable traits in delivering five-star service, which has greatly enhanced my teaching approach in the golf world.

As a coach, I believe in taking a holistic approach to golf instruction, building upon my students' existing strengths and helping them elevate their game to new levels. My own journey in golf began right here at The Captains Course, where I was fortunate to learn the game. It is truly an honor to now pass on my knowledge in the very same place that nurtured my passion for golf.

I have had the pleasure of working with golfers of all ages and skill levels and enjoy teaching golfers of all backgrounds. However, my passion for golf instruction comes from working with junior golfers. I proudly serve as the Head Coach of the PGA Jr. League at Captains, creating an inspiring and supportive environment for young golfers to flourish. In addition to my coaching responsibilities, I also assist with PGA Jr. Camps at The Captains Golf Course, offering aspiring junior golfers an immersive and enjoyable learning experience.

I strive to provide an exceptional experience for each student, ensuring they not only improve their skills but also leave them more educated. By fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere, I aim to help my students reach their full potential while hopefully instilling in them a true love for the game.

As I work towards becoming a Class A PGA Member, I am dedicated to continually refining my craft and staying at the forefront of golf instruction. My genuine passion for teaching and my commitment to delivering unparalleled service enable me to make a meaningful impact on my students' golf journeys.
