Originally an Army Brat from North Carolina, I grew up in ten different states and two countries. That lifestyle created an open and outgoing personality which has translated directly to my teaching style. I was introduced to the sport of golf when I caddied for my uncle at the age of 14, immediately finding passion for the game. I spent time on the mini tours in FL and AZ competing against the likes of Bubba Watson and Boo Weekley.

Following my graduation from Milligan in December 2013 I entered the PGA Professional Program. Since my election into the PGA I have remained very active in Junior golf for the Tri-Cities through First Tee and PGA Jr League Teams. I have had the privilege of being a part of 3 State Championship Jr League Teams as well as seeing many of my First Tee kids fall in love with the game as I did. My career continued down the path of coaching and instruction as I now serve as the swing coach for MILLIGAN UNIVERSITY.

My family includes wife Ashlee, newborn baby boy Blair, and 2 step children, 12 year old twins LB & Daisy. We reside in Kingsport, TN and attend Harvest Community Church.
