A Quick Nine: Hawaii's best golf courses
The 2016-17 PGA Tour season resumed this week with the SBS Tournament of Champions in Maui, Hawaii.
To those who know golf in Hawaii, our, 'A Quick Nine,' feature this week is centered around the question: What's your favorite course to play in our 50th state?

1. Kauai Lagoons Golf Club, Lihue. A Golf Magazine "Gold Medal Golf Resort" winner, Kauai Lagoons is like a Field of Dreams for golfers, featuring 18 Jack Nicklaus Signature holes.

2. Wailea Golf Club, Maui. With three courses of varying difficulty to choose from -- the Gold, the Emerald and the Blue -- Wailea provides spectacular views and a challenge for golfers of every level.

3. Kaanapali Golf Resort, Maui. A spectacular resort right by Maui's breathtaking beaches, this venue has played host to several professional events through the years and is first class all the way.

4. Princeville at Hanalei - Prince Golf Course, Kauai. According to the website's description, the Prince Golf Course enjoys magnificant views from 300 feet above the Pacific Ocean. The Robert Trent Jones, Jr. design has received Golf Digest's rating as, 'Hawaii's No. 1 Golf Course.' There are five different sets of tees at each hole to allow players to play at their skill level.

5. Poipu Bay, Kauai. The former home of the PGA Grand Slam of Golf, Poipu Bay is a must-play course for those visting the Hawaiian islands.
