PGA JobMatch to Support Staffing of 2020 PGA Championship in San Francisco

The PGA of America is inviting local talent to apply now for positions in support of the 2020 PGA Championship at TPC Harding Park through PGA JobMatch. Individuals can register through July 7 at p.ga/JobMatch to potentially interview with the PGA’s key vendors for opportunities leading up to, during and after the PGA Championship, Aug. 3-9.
“PGA JobMatch is a way for us to demonstrably give back to the Bay Area,” said PGA of America Chief People Officer Sandy Cross. “We are committed to inclusion and diversity, and one of the greatest impacts we can make is to create job opportunities in our host cities. While the 2020 PGA Championship at Harding Park will be historic in that it will be played without spectators, we still need to fill 60 support positions immediately to ensure a successful event.”
Job opportunities in support of the 2020 PGA Championship at TPC Harding Park include part-time and full-time temporary work occurring pre-, during and post-Championship through the month of August. The PGA is working with diverse talent and employment associations in the Bay Area, such as San Francisco Pride, African American Employee Network, ONEVET ONEVOICE, Goodwill and others, to encourage potential candidates to register for PGA JobMatch. Connections will be made between qualified candidates and key PGA vendors, including Levy Restaurants, Cornerstone Parking Group and API Systems. Qualified candidates will be contacted by the vendors for the next phase of the hiring process.
A full listing is featured on the PGA JobMatch website.
All applicants’ registrations must be received by July 7, 2020, to be considered.
