Brooks Koepka's day in the Bay | 2020 PGA Championship
Published on
Brooks Koepka is known for his ability to navigate the golf course, and it turns out he's fantastic at navigating the Bay Area as well.
Kopeka was in San Francisco on Monday to kick off the festivities ahead of the 2020 PGA Championship at Harding Park, where he will look to become the first player to win three consecutive Wanamaker Trophies in the stoke play era (since 1958).
From media appearances to subway rides and hitting a few splash shots at Oracle Park, below is a full look at Koepka's day on the Bay:
Brooks began his day on the Bay with Sway and talked about his hand-picked Pandora list (which you can jam out to here)
Then it was time to hop on the BART with the morning commute.
Brooks took a few questions from the Insta Story. (Spoiler alert: He's strong and you probably shouldn't take him up on a bench press competition)
Next stop: Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants.
The Giants were down in Scottsdale, Arizona for their first full-squad day of Spring Training, but Brooks was on hand to start to warm up the bay for a few splashes this summer.
The driver was an obvious home run.
But an easy 7-iron also did the trick.
Brooks also got to meet some fellow champions.
Wow. That's a lot of hardware!
And he even got a little swag via special delivery from Bay Area legend Marshawn Lynch.
Catch all the action when Brooks Koepka returns to San Francisco alongside the rest of the strongest major championship field in golf from May 11-17 at Harding Park.
