Hi I'm Troy, I am an Experienced PGA professional and Director of Instruction with over 20 years teaching and 20,000 hours of lesson experience Located at Temecula Creek Golf Club. I Have taught all levels of instruction from new player to tournament professionals. I believe in keeping instruction simple with out overwhelming the student. I have the knowledge and combined ability to explain the necessary fundamentals in a clear and concise manner. During the early 2000s I spent significant time learning about the golf swing from Hank Haney at the Haney ranch in Texas teaching at his golf School (Tigers Swing Coach) Hank has been ranked among the 5 Greatest Teachers. Having a solid understanding of the golf swing doesn’t necessarily make a teacher great. I have a burning desire to transfer my knowledge to actual improvement in each student’s game. I not only want to be able to explain how a student should make the most efficient golf swing possible, but I want to make sure the student feels the proper swing for themselves. Once the student can feel the proper motion, it becomes critical to find ways to enable the student to develop the correct motion even when the teacher isn’t watching. My goal is to make each student understand how to fix problems and faults, making them self sufficient. And of course most importantly have FUN while learning!
