Born in Phoenix, AZ in 1982. Met my future wife at the University of Arizona in 2002. Upon learning she was from the Monterey Peninsula and lived 10 minutes from Pebble Beach, said " I Do!" I began my career in golf at The First Tee of Monterey County and dove head first into The First Tee's coaching philosophy. The methods aimed at drawing information out of students and asking what if questions, treats students as "experts on themselves." Pairing this method with an understanding of how path, face, angle of attack, and centeredness of contact are variables that the player can control creates and atmosphere of exploring the swing rather than perfecting it.
