Jake began playing competitive golf at an early age in the Birmingham area. He then translated that passion for the game into a college golf career at the University of North Alabama where he played 4 years. After college, he pursued a professional career in golf for 2 years. With limited success on the professional circuit, Jake turned his eyes to being a golf professional and has turned his love for the game into a career.
Jake is a firm believer that your swing does not have to be perfect to play good golf. With an extensive playing career, Jake has a unique approach into getting the most out of his students and helping them enjoy the game.
