My certifications include: Class A PGA Membership; NFPT Certified Personal Trainer; Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified.
With my knowledge in both the Golf and Fitness worlds I started CG Golf & Wellness, which is an online portal for golf instruction and golf fitness programs. During the Summer months I also perform in-person Swing Speed Protocols for all ages in the Palm Beach County Area!
