Elected to PGA membership in 1985 and have been fortunate to be involved with Louisville, Kentucky Public Course system(Metro Parks) for 40 years. I have had the pleasure of teaching multiple KHSAA winners, along with state amateur and open winners. Employed at Seneca Golf Course teach at our nice range and short course(nine hole par 3). Fortunate to be selected by my peers as Teacher of the year, professional of the year, Junior Golf Leader and newly inducted to Kentucky Golf Hall Of Fame in 2022.

Seneca Golf Course
Louisville KY
Seneca is an 18 championship public golf course along with 9 hole short course located in central Louisville, Kentucky. The Great Gary Player won his first PGA tour event(Kentucky Derby Open) in 1958 at Seneca and received $2,500 first place check. Superintendent Kirk Brown keeps the course in great shape and metro Parks keep fees very affordable.
