
Kevin M. O'Connor, PGA
Teaching ProfessionalKevin is a Class A PGA Golf Professional with 23 years of experience coaching golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to tour professionals. Originally from Connecticut, he has built a distinguished career in both competitive play and instruction.
Kevin’s passion for the game began in high school, where he won multiple tournaments. He went on to compete at the collegiate level, starting at Mitchell College, where he won the NJCAA Division 3 National Championship. He then transferred to UConn, serving as team captain in his senior year. After college, Kevin turned professional and competed on the Cleveland Golf Pro Tour in New England, further deepening his understanding of high-level competitive golf.
Kevin currently coaches: Sophia Lee, who is a contestant in the 2025 Womens US Open and will be playing at Sacremento State in the Fall; Keanu Phillips, who currently plays at Hope International Univeristy and other competitive juniors and adults.
