How to get tickets for the 2018 PGA Championship at Bellerive Country Club
Aug. 28 editor's note: Advance ticket registration for the 2018 PGA Championship is closed. Visit the official 2018 ticket site to be notified if and when more information about any final release of remaining tickets may becomes available.
ST. LOUIS, June 7, 2017 – Ticket registration opens today for the 100th PGA Championship, to be held August 6 – 12, 2018, at Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis. Once again, the Championship will feature the strongest field in golf -- based on the Official World Golf Rankings -- and the top 20 finishers from the PGA Professional Championship.
To ensure widespread access to the most in-demand ticket types, PGA Championship tickets are sold exclusively through a free, no obligation, online registration process. Fans can visit the official 2018 PGA Championship ticket registration site to hold their place -- first come, first served -- to purchase tickets when they go on sale in August of 2017. The earlier fans register the better, as historically many of the most popular ticket types sell out well in advance of the event.
Demand for PGA Championship tickets has reached record levels; this combined with the excitement surrounding the 100th playing of the PGA Championship and the anticipation of the event’s first return to St. Louis in more than two decades, a sell-out is anticipated. “We’re only 14 months away from one of the biggest and most important celebrations in major championship golf, the 100th playing of the PGA Championship, and it’s happening right here in St. Louis,” said 2018 Championship Chairman Mike DeCola. “Our community has shown tremendous support of past championships at Bellerive and the 100th PGA Championship will be even greater. It will undoubtedly be one of the biggest sporting events St. Louis has ever seen.
“That’s why we are strongly encouraging fans to register online beginning today to ensure their ability to purchase tickets when they go on sale in August. The 100th PGA Championship will be at center stage on the international golf calendar in 2018, with the world’s best golfers competing for the coveted Wanamaker Trophy. But just as important, the experience of being at Bellerive to take it all in is simply not to be missed.” Both week-long and daily ticket pricing will be announced at a later date.
To further demonstrate its continuing commitment to growing the game of golf, the PGA of America will offer free Championship access to young fans 17 and under, as well as America’s active and retired service men and women. Each ticketed adult can bring up to four juniors under the age of 17 onto the grounds for free each day. No registration for juniors is necessary. Junior tickets will be available at the Admission and Will Call Office at the Championship’s main entrance and will be available regardless of a sell-out. Likewise, all U.S. active duty, military retirees, active reserve, National Guard, Department of Defense civilians and their accompanying spouses will be eligible to receive complimentary Daily Grounds tickets by presenting their Military ID at the Admissions and Will Call Office during the playing of the 100th PGA Championship, August 6 – 12, 2018. Again, no registration for U.S. active duty, military retires, active reserve, National Guard, Department of Defense civilians and their accompanying spouses is necessary and will be available regardless of a sell-out.

Q: How will I know when I’ll be able to purchase tickets?
A: Registrants will receive a number of email communications before and during your window to purchase.
Q: Will tickets be available all the way up to the Championship?
A: Based on the success of the registration process at past PGA Championships, the more than two-decade absence of major championship golf from St. Louis, and the special importance of our 100th year, we anticipate the most highly sought after tickets will sell out well in advance of the 2018 PGA Championship.
